This antique Swedish Mora clock dates from the 1800s and retains its original cream paint with gold detailing — beautifully preserved 19th-century paintwork that's increasingly rare to find and a key reason collectors prize originality over later repaints. Cream-and-gold is one of the most elegant Mora colourways, equally at home in Gustavian, neoclassical, and contemporary Scandinavian interiors. The clock takes the classic hourglass silhouette of the Swedish longcase clock, the counterpart to the grandfather clock.

The clock retains a working longcase movement with pendulum and two weights, striking a bell chime for each hour and a single chime on the half hour. It is a traditional 7-day mechanism, rewound once a week, with full set-up instructions included.
