This replica Mora Clock has been painted in antique grey ('Ash') and antique white highlighting detail. Mora clocks painted in grey were popular in Sweden during the 18th century and this reproduction Mora clock follows in that tradition.
The shape is typical of a 'female' Mora clock with a curved body. The mechanism in this clock does not require winding every 7 days (as with traditional longcase clocks) as it is battery operated.
