This is a charming vintage Swedish Mora clock from the 1960s, retaining its original colour with painted floral decoration. and painted in an off-white color with decorative hand painted floral details. 

While not an antique, it's a genuine mid-20th-century example carrying forward the folk-art painting tradition of the Mora region, in the classic hourglass form of the Swedish longcase clock — the Scandinavian counterpart to the grandfather clock — and a more accessible alternative to an 18th- or 19th-century piece.

The clock retains a working longcase movement with pendulum and two weights, striking a bell chime on the hour. It is a traditional 7-day mechanism, rewound once a week, with full set-up instructions included.
